Wade, our Lead Network Engineer, is originally from Sturtevant, WI. With a keyboard in hand since November of 1997, Wade has been tackling network problems longer than most Wi-Fi routers have existed. His attention to detail and knack for making the most complex tech issues look like child’s play makes him an invaluable part of our team. When he’s not busy untangling cables or fine-tuning firewalls, Wade hits the road with his family, proving that even network engineers can unplug (well, at least for a weekend). Whether he’s troubleshooting networks or navigating new travel destinations, Wade always brings the same passion, precision, and sense of humor to everything he does.
Griffin, originally from Waukegan, IL, has called Kenosha, WI, home for the past decade. While he might not have formal academic training, his on-the-job experience at Absolute Computer Systems has been nothing short of a rigorous IT boot camp. Starting his IT journey here, Griffin has about 12 months of experience under his belt and was one of the first apprentices in a local collaboration between the Department of Workforce Development and Gateway Technical College.
As a Technician, Griffin juggles network-based reporting and PCI compliance while tackling troubleshooting and repair tasks, both on-site and in the shop. He enjoys the daily challenges and the constant learning curve, finding great satisfaction in making things work again. Griffin’s achievements might be more on the esoteric side, but his passion for problem-solving and his knack for learning something new every day make him a vital part of the team.
Outside of work, Griffin brings his tech-savvy skills home, much like a mechanic tinkers with cars. He enjoys upgrading his own and his friends’ gaming computers and often finds himself troubleshooting home networks for family and friends. When he’s not being the neighborhood IT hero, Griffin spends his time hanging out with friends or playing card games with his brother. His journey at Absolute Computer Systems is just beginning, but it’s clear that he’s already making a significant impact with his enthusiasm and dedication.
Janet, our dedicated office admin, brings a strong background in chemistry and mathematics from Pleasant Prairie, WI. With three years at Absolute Computer Systems, she expertly manages customer relations, billing, accounting, and account management. Known for her problem-solving skills and team spirit, Janet continuously strives to excel and remains open to learning new skills, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace.
Outside of work, Janet enjoys traveling and dining, reflecting her zest for life. Her commitment to doing the best job possible and maintaining a positive attitude are evident in her daily interactions. By spending quality time with clients, she builds strong, lasting relationships and is a dependable problem solver for both clients and colleagues, enhancing the overall service quality of Absolute Computer Systems.
