If your hard drive is at or above 80% capacity, we have an alert for that. When a processor is working at more than 75% of its capacity, we have another alert for that. And if your RAM (memory) is being overworked, we’ll know about that, too.

With a total of more than 300 alerts in place, we’re notified of problems quickly and can move right to the remedy (usually in the background). It will be business as usual for you. Just another issue resolved before it became a problem.

If we detect a slowdown of information between your workstations and servers and/or your internal network to the outside world, you can bet we’ll act immediately. Your business demands respectable internet speeds at all locations, and we think your business is right.

We monitor and tweak, update, and refresh your phone systems (as requested or as needed).

Absolutely. We’ll monitor, update, reconfigure, and test your router to ensure it’s equipped to keep as many bad guys out as possible.

In short, we update when updates are published. The longer story? We’ll ensure that all your hardware’s firmware (the code that tells your hardware how to act) is current and vetted. Where LOB (Line of Business) applications and software are concerned, we’ll work with all your software providers to keep their programs up to date, safe, secure, and running correctly. The hardest part is making sure all these programs play nicely with one another.

And those programs you rely on to make other programs work correctly (otherwise known as third-party software, like Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome, Firefox, .net framework, and utility programs like Glarysoft, CCleaner, etc.)? We’ll check for, download, install, and configure updates and upgrades to all these programs three times every week.

To complete routine system maintenance, we:

  • Review all workstation event logs (including application, security, and systems) and address all critical listings.
  • Review all server (in the utility room of each home) event logs (including application, security, and systems), and address all critical listings.
  • Scan registries, clean temporary files, and clean hard drive properties.
  • Review and confirm encryption statuses.
  • Review the contents of the startup directory for each workstation and server.
  • Review network traffic logs.
  • Randomly test individual backed-up files from both local and remote accounts.
